Stampin'Up! BOLD BLOSSOM Stamp Set and BLOSSOM BOUQUET TRIPLE LAYER PUNCH

Thank you for joining me! Today I'm sharing a card I CASED (copy and share everything) from my sister, Sue, using the BOLD BLOSSOM stamp set and BLOSSOM BOUQUET TRIPLE LAYER PUNCH. The base of the card is Very Vanilla, topped with Concord Crush and another layer of Very Vanilla. For the punched flowers I used Concord Crush, Daffodil Delight and Tangerine Tango. The stems are stamped using Pear Pizzazz ink. "Thinking of You" is out of the SINCERE SALUTATIONS stamp set. The sentiment was punched out using the DECORATIVE LABEL PUNCH.

Our granddaughter (left) had her dance recital this past Saturday. Last year she took a Hip-Hop class but she's decided to go back to tap and ballet next year.

Stampin'Up! SPRINGTIME VINTAGE DSP & SQUARE LATTICE EMBOSSING FOLDER (Part 3 or 4)

I'm showing today the third card from the four that my ladies will be making in my VINTAGE CLASS tomorrow; again using the SPRINGTIME VINTAGE DSP out of the Occasions Mini Catalog that runs through April 30th. You'll noticed that the piece of DSP was cut using the BIG SHOT and TOP NOTE DIE; the blue behind the DSP was run through the Big Shot using the SQUARE LATTICE Embossing Folder and for the base of the card, I used Very Vanilla cardstock. For the pretty blue flower that embellishes the card, I found instructions on YouTube. Go to YouTube and reference Scallop Circle Flower; the video is by "chris416ward". Other items used: Four Frames and Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp sets AND the Decorative Label Extra-Large Punch.

Stampin'Up! SPRINGTIME VINTAGE DSP & FOUR FRAMES STAMP SET (Part 1 of 4)

On Sunday, I will have a Vintage Class and the ladies will be making four cards all using the VINTAGE DESIGNER SERIES PAPER and the FOUR FRAMES STAMP SET. Today's card also uses the Oval Scallop Frame Die with the Big Shot, Very Vanilla and Not Quite Navy cardstock, the new DECORATIVE LABEL PUNCH and VINTAGE FLOWER ADORNMENTS.

Stampin'Up! SPRINGTIME VINTAGE DSP

I mentioned yesterday that I was trying to plan my "Vintage Class" for next month. Well I did a lot of playing and unfortunately didn't get the class finalized but here's something I came up with. I'm not a quilter but my sister, Sue, is and she got that talent from our mother who made each of us a quilt before she passed. The Springtime Vintage designer series paper reminds me so much of fabric that was used "back in the day".

Once I finished getting the paper lined up and taped to the grid, I ran it through the Big Shot using one of the background Texturz Plates. You can see the design just slightly on the photo. Stampin'Up! SPRINGTIME VINTAGE DSP and BABY BLOSSOMS Stamp Set

The card I'm sharing with you today uses two items out of the Occasions Mini Catalog ~ Springtime Vintage Designer Series Paper and the Baby Blossoms Stamp Set. I've been playing around planning a "Vintage Class" for next month and I doubt very seriously this card is going to make the cut. We'll see!

A week ago today when I was in NC, I met my downline, Michelle R., and her daughter at Cracker Barrel for breakfast. What fun!

Once I left Michelle, I spent the afternoon with my upline, Karen H., and got some really great stamping ideas which you'll be seeing in upcoming posts. Stampin'Up! FRIENDS NEVER FADE & BRING ON THE CAKE Stamp Sets

I think I'm stuck on the Framed Tulips Embossing Folder.....I love it!

My card today is another quick card and a great one to use up some scraps of designer series paper you have on hand.

The base of the card is Chocolate Chip; layered with Baja Breeze (run through the Big Shot using the Framed Tulips Embossing Folder) and Greenhouse Gala DSP. The Birthday Wishes sentiment is out of the BRING ON THE CAKE stamp set and on top of that I used a stamp out of the FRIENDS NEVER FADE set.

Unfortunately I have about 7 sympathy cards to make and this is what I've come up with. Both families have lost their mother so i think this is pretty even though it is so simple.

If you don't follow my blog, I hope you will go back and see a similar post on March 7th where I actually used the JUST BELIEVE stamp set and stamped this design directly on a piece of designer series paper also using the Framed Tulips Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. This embossing folder can be found in the Occasions Mini Catalog that runs from now until the end of April.

I used Daffodil Delight for the base of the card, then layered Old Olive, Melon Mambo and Whisper White on top. This again is another card that you can go ahead and stamp "thinking of you" on the front and add whatever greeting you need on the inside.

Stampin'Up! NATURE WALK Stamp Set

Thanks for joining me. My post today is much prettier in person; I apologize for the photography! I used stamps from the Nature Walk set and stamped randomly on Very Vanilla card stock. Ink colors used: Old Olive, Early Espresso, Marina Mist and Daffodil Delight. The Very Vanilla was then placed on Old Olive card stock. The sentiment "You're so Kind" is from the Whimsical Words set and was punched using SU's oval punch.

Stampin'Up! NATURE WALK Stamp Set & BOTANICAL GAZETTE designer series paper

My post today uses the NATURE WALK stamp set featured in the Mini Occasions Catalog. Where else can you find coordinating designer series paper to match a stamp set? Stampin'Up! of course! This is a very versatile set in that it can be used for many occasions. I used Marina Mist, Early Espresso and Very Vanilla card stock. You'll notice the birdcage card, the Marina Mist has been run through the Big Shot using a Texture Plate.
