Stampin'Up! Autumn Spice Designer Series Paper

I'm getting items ready to sell at the Scrap for a Cure for Ovarian Cancer which will be Saturday, September 11, 2010. This is the third year we have participated by having a table there for all the scrappers to shop at. It's a wonderful experience and is such a worthwhile cause as the Linda F. Kelly Foundation brings awareness to the community. For more information, go online to lindafkellyfoundation@gmail.com. Here is another purse designed to hold four cards and envelopes featuring the Autumn Spice DSP which is in the Holiday Mini Catalog. This particular purse includes an "all occasion" assortment of cards.

Hope you are having a wonderful, safe, holiday weekend.

Stampin'Up! Herb Expressions

Well the holiday is over....didn't it go by too quick? We spent most of the holiday at our mountain house and on Saturday went to the 4th of July Parade in Independence, VA. My granddaughter, Laura, commented "I bet they celebrate big there" (meaning Independence). Yes, they do. It was a lot of fun.

Today I'm sharing with you two sets of cards using the "Herb Expressions" stamp set on page 68 of the new SU Idea Book & Catalog. For more information on what I used to make these, please feel free to email me at shirleym@ctc.net. Stay tuned tomorrow for a box designed to fit the cards.
The cards are also available to purchase through my Etsy shop. That button can be found to the right of my blog.

Magazine Card Holder

NEED A GIFT IDEA?
This is what I'll call a magazine card holder with 4 cards and envelopes. The magazine holder itself may look complicated but it's not! It holds 4 greeting cards and envelopes. This particular set has an assortment of cards. I used Almost Amethyst, Certainly Celery and Whisper White cardstock and the Tea Party Designer Series Paper. You'll notice there's very little stamping. See how easy cards can be made using scraps of DSP?
