Thank you to one of my "Circle of Friends" back in Charlotte ~ Bernice ~ for the St. Patrick's Day card I'm sharing with you today.

Bernice used some of the stamps out of the PINCH PROOF stamp set that is retired. That is one set I can't seem to get rid of either ~ it has the cutest leprechaun in it!
(Not all products used on this card are Stampin'Up!)I love the way Bernice used the circle punch on the flap of the envelope showing the "pinch proof" stamp!
Thanks Bernie for remembering me with such a cute St. Patty's card!

"May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be ever at your back.

May the sunshine warm upon your face and the rain fall softly on your fields. And until we meet again may God hold you in the hollow of his hand." ~ Irish Blessing
I hope you've had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day!
This card was designed once again by my upline, Karen. I'm so thankful she shared so many of her cards with me while I was in Charlotte. I've enjoyed being able to share them with you since she does not have her own blog.
Here's Laura fixing our breakfast bars and her cereal. Notice she's using the crystal once again. Gotta love it! The things we do for our grandchildren. Have a great rest of the weekend and until next time, happy stampin'.

The St. Patrick's Day Party that didn't happen....

I had planned a St. Pattie's event tonight but had little response so cancelled it at the last minute. Here's what I had prepared for my ladies to make. This little basket is one from way back when but I thought it would be a great treat idea for Easter even though I decorated it for St. Patricks.
The basket is made using a 6 x 6 piece of card stock or designer series paper, scored at 2" and 4" on two sides. You then score all four cornersfrom the edge of the corner just to the middle square. Punch a hole on the score line of the four corners to run your ribbon through. Draw the corners up to form the basket.
This card was CASED from another SU Demonstrator, Penny T. I did tweek it by adding the piece of Garden Green behind the top piece of white. I also used a different sentiment.
Here's a closer view of the four leaf clover. You'll notice the hearts were embossed and then I took a white craft ink pad and ran over the polka dots to give them more texture.
Thanks for joining me today. I hope with what you've seen, it will give you some inspiration to ink up your stamps. Until next time, happy stampin'!
