I can't believe today is October 1st....and it won't be long until Halloween!Whether you're having a Halloween party or need an idea for your kids classmates, these are fast and easy to make. To make, you need flat suckers; 1 3/8" circle, 1 1/4" circle and 1 3/4" scallop punches, a bit of card stock and ribbon. I stuck the suckers in a vase filled with coffee beans to make them easier for you to see.
