Stampin'Up! Bells & Boughs

Last night was my first Christmas Stamp a Stack. I designed two cards using the Bells & Boughs stamp set that is featured in the Holiday Mini Catalog. Both cards use Always Artichoke and Cherry Cobbler as well as Deck the Halls Designer Series Paper. (Sorry about the hole punched in top of the card to the left....check out tomorrow's post for an explanation) Bells and Boughs can be seen on page 19 of the Holiday Mini Catalog. Be sure to check out the designer series paper, Deck the Halls, on page 18.
Join me tomorrow for an organizational tip.

Stampin'Up! Autumn Harvest

Better late than never!

Here is the card Sue designed for our Fall Stamp A Stack last night. Don't you love the new colors Pear Pizzazz and Concord Crush? They both go so well with Pumpkin pie. Sue used the"masking" technique giving the ladies a sample of what we will be offering at our Technique Workshop next week. We will be showing four techniques at this class. Visit my Stampin'Up! website, shirleybmckay.stampinup.net, for more details.

Glad you stopped by and look forward to seeing you again tomorrow.

Stampin'Up! Falling Leaves

Here is the second card I designed for our upcoming Fall Stamp-A-Stack. This card uses the Falling Leaves stamp set (page 28 of 2010/11 IB&C). Cardstock used: Not Quite Navy, More Mustard, Old Olive and Very Vanilla. The "happy birthday" sentiment is from the Teeny Tiny Wishes set (page 157) which includes nearly every occasion there is.
In my book, Teeny Tiny Wishes is a must have.
Stay tuned tomorrow for the card Sue designed for our SAS. Thanks for stopping by!

Stampin'Up! Autumn Days

Sue and I have a Fall Stamp A Stack coming up next week and this happens to be one of the cards I designed for the occasion. I used the Autumn Days stamp set along with the new Elegant Soiree designer series paper. This DSP coordinates very well with Baja Breeze, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla and Basic Gray.

Have a great weekend; hope to see you back again tomorrow!

STAMP A STACK

Last night my sister, Sue, and I had a SAS and these are the cards that I designed for the event. Sue and I, both SU demonstrators, work together as a team so the group made 12 cards, 3 of 4 designs. Please check Sue's blog, http://www.craftininnanasattic.blogspot.com/, to see the cards she designed.

The "Get Whale Soon" card was made using the Animal Stories stamp set, So Saffron and Brilliant Blue cardstock and Tall Tales DSP.

The other card used the Herb Expressions stamp set, Old Olive and Basic Black cardstock, and black and white gingham ribbon.
